Here’s a cheerful-looking lad! That’s me, circa 1976, at twenty; a photo from my own private collection. It’s one I used as my acting “headshot” back then. I’m pretty sure it was taken on”hiatus” - our break between seasons of “The Waltons,” as my hair and sideburns are looking a bit shaggy by 1930’s Depression-era standards. As we boys were never allowed to have our hair long during the shooting season, we always came back from hiatus with long hair, beards and moustaches, like a bunch of teenage hippies!
